Job description

As a ColdAxom Doctoral Researcher, you will apply advanced quantitative and qualitative methods to solve complex, business-critical problems, redefine industrial processes or develop game-changing tools or products for deployment in our consulting work and client portfolio. If you have shown unusual promise in your academic discipline but wish to see your research applied in prestigious global companies, our PhD pathway will fund your investigation while equipping you with the tools you need to drive meaningful change in industry.

What we need

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field to the research proposed
  • An exceptional record of academic achievement
  • A disruptive and innovative research proposal that will have a strong, positive impact on our clients organizations
  • Demonstrable leadership potential, proven through either work experience or extra-circular activities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas effectively
  • A team player, able to collaborate with people at all levels of an organization
